Ontario County District Attorney Michael Tantillo announced Wednesday that the grand jury did not have evidence for any criminal charges against Stewart. He also revealed that toxicology reports showed that Ward was under the influence of marijuana when he climbed from his car and walked out onto the track during the Aug. 9 sprint-car race at Canadaigua Motorsports Park in upstate New York.
